BTX Precision Names New Group CFO

BTX Precision Names New Group CFO | March 2024

Effective March 4, 2024, Michael Fennerty has been named group CFO of BTX Precision. As group CFO, Michael will oversee the BTX finance function and staff, and provide functional area support to the BTX Business Unit leadership teams.

Michael brings many years of leadership experience to the organization, most recently leading financial diligence practice areas for large and mid-market public accounting firms such as LBMC and KSM. In that capacity, Michael gained experience with the BTX organization and other similar entities, having served as leader of the financial diligence workstreams for the GEM and I3D acquisitions. Michael also has experience supporting Rick McIntyre (Group CEO), having led the financial diligence workstream for the majority of the acquisitions done by GWS Tool Group under Rick’s leadership.

Michael holds a BS and MSA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Michael was nominated as a 2023 Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor, a preeminent organization recognizing excellence and honoring achievement among the world’s leading dealmaking professionals.
